The Chayuthaya Empire (Cha-yoo-tah-yuh), formerly known as the Nekohana Crownlands, was a constitutional monarchy, and the leading superpower in the south. The nation was founded roughly a month before the V2 Ashea server released. The Chayuthaya Empire collapsed after Empress Koyuki Akaimo fled the nation to sail for new land eastwards, after the nation fell into economic recessions and civil wars. Most people within the Chayuthaya Empire lived in the capital city of Mikoto, and worshipped the official religion, the "Hikarizakura", but not everyone.

The first and only ruler of the Chayuthaya Empire was Empress Koyuki Akaimo, (TunaFishy), and she was the 3rd monarch in RP. (the 1st ruler in-game)

The nation at it's peak had 15 lands under their control, and 9 internal divisions.

Culture & Politics

The Chayuthaya Empire was the most populated and largest nation on the server, and arguably the richest. Their military strength fell second, closely behind Royaume Madárès, but after Royaume Madárès fell, their military strength stood at the top for a while.

The Chayuthaya Empire used to be ran by an absolute monarchy, during the days of the Nekohana Crownlands, but was reformed into a constitutional monarchy under the Chayuthaya Empire. Later, Koyuki would take back absolute power.

The main and official religion of the nation was the "Hikarizakura", but the nation also holds many other religions under it's borders.

Before the empire officially collapsed, Varos and Hochberg would both go through a communist revolt. The Federation of Grog would liberate Knytart, Skygrove, and the Liútǎng, while the Velian Republic would take the Divinia Island. The district of Kinomura in Mikoto would declare independence. And finally, a new nation, the United Tanju Territories, would be formed by Kōhaku, Yōki-jima, and Belouria. After the collapse, the Republic of Cornflower would join the nation of Elyon, and the Silvaria Providence and Damnation would regain independence.

Geography

The Chayuthaya Empire's richer lands laid in the cherry blossoms, while many more towns and villagers were within the jungles. The Chayuthaya had smaller territories in the deserts. The entirety of the cherry blossoms and jungles were under the control of the Chayuthaya Empire. Later into the empire, Koyuki would conquer various nations and cities in the central and eastern plains, nearly doubling the size of the empire.

Economy and Diplomacy

The Chayuthaya Empire was second to none in the economy of Agiya. Most of the income made by the Chayuthaya came from the many shops set up in Mikoto. A large chunk of the income also had come from internal states, as Empres Koyuki Akaimo, would begin taxation of all the states.

The Chayuthaya Empire was originally pushing for global peace and unity, but after Etharium was attacked, and their nation came to near collapse, the Royaume Madárès shifted their focus to be on attacking the Chayuthaya, bringing them out of their peaceful shell. After the fall of Royaume Madárès, Empres Koyuki Akaimo would begin the conquest of smaller nations to attempt to get the core states out of economic recession.

7/23/24: The Nekohana Crownlands Anthem is made.

7/27/24: The Nekohana Crownlands nation is made in-game, with the founding lands of Mikoto, Taebaek, and Kōhaku.

7/30/24: The land of Yōki-jima is made, under the Kōhaku Clan.

8/1/24: The land of Knytart is made, under the new O'lanoris Clan.

8/4/24: The Nekohana Crownlands helps found the creation of the Southern Agiyan Republic.

8/6/24: The Treaty of Város is signed between the Kingdom of Madar and the Nekohana Crownlands.

8/7/24: Treaty of Euphoria is made, involving the Crownlands.

8/11/24: The Kingdom of Oryza and Madar both declare war on Etharium. The Crownlands, among many other nations show their support for Etharium.

8/16/24: The Nekohana Crownlands purchases Kossaspion Bay from the former leaders of the Kingdom of Falmuth. The territory becomes apart of the Silvaria Provindence, an independent state under the Crownlands.

8/17/24: The Royal Tavern opens in Mikoto.

8/18/24: The Mikoto Museum opens to the public.

8/19/24: Belouria joins the Nekohana Crownlands as an independent state.

8/22/24: Fort Zhànhé is made, the first land of the Liútǎng, and independent state under the Crownlands.

8/25/24: The Royal Army of the Nekohana Crownlands fail in a counteroffensive in the fields of Arch Dragon Peak, but successfully defend Mikoto in a siege against the Madarian armies.

8/30/24: Skygrove Refuge joins the Crownlands.

8/31/24: The Nekohana Crownlands announces their support for rebels in the United North.

8/31/24: The Nekohana Crownlands aquires the Al-Lajir Dynasty under it's borders.

9/9/24: The Mikoto Casino opens.

9/29/24: The Imperial Army of the Chayuthaya Empire defeats Royaume Madárès in the Battle of the Oakwood Hills, and then successfully invades their capital after the Siege of Varos.

10/13/24: The Imperial Army invades the last city and fortress of Royaume Madárès, Oryza and Hochberg. Henri de Dupont-Çavarois would be killed by Koyuki in this fight.

10/15/24: The Chayuthaya Empire becomes a royal dictatorship.

10/16/24: The empire officially annexes Varos and Hochberg.

10/17/24: The empire annexes Damnation after a brutal slaughter of their dwarven people. The evidence and stories of this event are mostly hidden from the public.

10/19/24: The Republic of Cornflower capitulates to the Chayuthaya Empire.

10/24/24: Kōhaku, Yōki-jima, and Belouria declare independence from the empire.

10/25/24: The district in Mikoto, of Kinomura, declares independence from the empire.

10/26/24: Empres Koyuki Akaimo's plans of conquest become public.

10/31/24: Various cities of the empire are liberated by other nations.

11/1/24: Empres Koyuki Akaimo and her Imperial Army travel across the territories in her nation, raiding all the cities for riches and military gear, before sailing eastwards in hopes of new land. The Chayuthaya Empire collapses.
